Yes it does.
I always just walk in, good happy hour.
We have gone to PF Chang's for years and have always loved it but not this time. The menu is a lot smaller with less variety. The portions have been getting smaller over the years while the prices have increased. The Lo Main and fried rice we ordered had no taste. The noodles in the Lo Mein were mushy and tasted burnt. The service was very prompt and nice though.
Great for family learning lunch. Kids menu available. I may have eaten in this location a lot of times and son far only remember 1 long wait for service. Food is good, still normal for a Chinese restaurant. Good dessert selection too. Place is a bit dark for me but this is their style.
Ordered chicken Phad Thai and poke bowl to go. All the food seemed fresh and was excellent. Huge chunks of fresh chicken, lots of eggs and fresh carrots. The tuna was tasty and I loved the mango that came with it. I also love that they have a points club where you can earn points towards free entrees. Yum! I just wish there was once closer to us :)
Amazing food and service! Very Accommodating to my 1 y/o
Food was great. Service not so much. Waited awhile for initial service, then entrees delivered right after appetizers. Had to ask for drink refills as well. It wasn't terrible just not the service we expected there.
Shhhh!!! My secret plate is Chang's Spicy chicken add Pineapple... Supper yummy!!!
Food was good, not excellent. Service was poor. Had to ask multiple times to box the leftovers and never came back. Two of the plates were horrible and the salad was only a bunch of lettuce. Mongolian beef was good.
Our family always enjoys themselves here. We were served in a timely manner and the food was tasty. However, it is better to go Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
This restaurant greets you with breathtaking interior design. Great design with intimate lighting and organic color concept. The mural above the kitchen is gorgeous and complements the Japanese relics on display. The service is awesome and I saw the management being attentive on their employees on details of great presentation. Let’s get to the food. . . We ordered the dumplings and they were astounding! They were garnished with a sauce that rocks your taste buds. The downfall is there are only 3 being served in an order. The chilli garlic greenbeans ‘was omg’we cannot have enough to share! It is absolutely amazing! The crispy honey chicken is served with small crispy string pieces and 2 bowls of rice. Is it good; however it makes me think about overly priced Panda Express. Was not too impressed with it. Overall, I will go back to try more menu items and share my thoughts on it. If anyone wants more details on it please comment, I will go back to try specific dishes
Amazing service. It was great to enjoy a dine in experience during the pandemic in a safe and spaced out dining area. However, the food at P. F. Chang’s is overrated and at best, okay quality. The entrees lack any type of diversity, I ordered a meal from the main entree portion of the menu called Chang’s Spicy Chicken. The digital menu did not provide a description of the entree but I assumed it would contain something more than mildly spiced chicken. To my surprise, the entree was simply a $20 plate of chicken period.
Service , food and all was good. A little disappointed in how they dont come to your table and mix the sauce anymore. We used to be able to pick the spice level which was a favorite of mine. It made us feel like we had some importance and not at just another restaurant. All in all it was good but sad that they pick quantity over quality. Thank you staff for all your greatness.
The last visit to the restaurant, my husband and I enjoyed an excellent dinner. The service, the food, the ambiance, everything was very nice. We loved the place. We'll recommend it. Definitely, we come back again.
2018 they celebrate their 25th year in business, with 300 restaurants in 24 countries! Very nice ambience, good service and food.Lettuce wraps are superb.Expect a wait on weekends.Gluten free and vegetarian options.Family take out available.Fresh ingredients, prepared onsite daily.Easy drop off in front of the restaurant and 15 minute parking stalls, for picking up orders.
The 3pm to 6pm happy hour is a crazy good value for an awesome food selection
We ordered take out tonight, got the Chicken Lo Mein that was flavorless, Crispy Honey Chicken that was soggy and the Mongolian Beef that was like chewing rubber. My son also got California Rolls that he said didn’t taste good. The only dish we got that was any good was the Chicken lettuce wraps. Certainly not worth the $82.00 it cost us along with a tip. Very disappointing!
Can be loud and noisy and feels energetic. Great food. Had lightly tempura calamari and veggies. Large plate. Easy to share between 4 people. Had chicken Asian salad that shared with a friend. Perfect. They have a fun selection of cocktails but I got a gin and tonic that was nice and refreshing.
Ordered pickup 2 main entrees and one appetizer, quantity was way too less and it was supposed to be main entree. It was not enough for even one person. We had to cook dinner again as it didn't fill us up - 3 people . And looking at the quantity I just asked my kids to have it and I backed out as it was absolutely not enough even for them. ( 2 people). And to top it off the food was so cold like it came out the refrigerator. Will never go back.
Great food and service. Giovanni was awesome during a hectic time New Years Eve.
Very good Asian Fusion food. A bit on the pricey side for some dishes that seem to be small size servings. The flavor is very good for everything that I ordered. They offer a rewards/loyalty point program, but I don't eat there often enough to view that as a befit. Really good food, very nice staff and beautiful interior decor.
Bar service is top notch. 5 star for sure. Food can fluctuate that's why I dropped it down to 4 stars. More often than not it is a 5 stars.
The service was lousy. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks they finally bought my appetizer 15 minutes later and it was cold. The waiter came around 1:00 and we wanted another drink I said no I'd like to have my food. He said I'll go check on it that was 45 minutes after we walked in the door. I said no thanks Tell a manager to take the tab on our drinks and we're leaving
We had eaten here with our family, 9 of us, and had the best waiter, experience, food and timing for everything. We had a waiter named Ryan, he was awesome and super attentive. We’re from out of state and this PF Chang’s was better than ours!
Amazing. In yummmm heaven. Fun, great service, great foods and great drinks.
i was just going to leave it but honestly, its been really bothering me. i tried pf changs three times over four years, and each time i never got to the food. the floor is disgusting, the utensils, glasses, and flatware was unwashed each time with food and grime residue very visible on it. my glass of water had bits of food floating in it. refusal to uphold basic cleaning standards is horrifying, i cant even imagine what is going on in that kitchen. there is no way ill ever try them again.
I would want to give this place 4 stars because I had a reasonably good experience in the place till recently. But off late the service and food quality has dropped off the cliff. During my recent trip the taste and quality of dishes in general and the noodles served was extremely poor. The garlic noodles was actually not even garlic but instead seasoned with a sweet sauce that tasted awful. Also they were not able to accept their own gift cards. But what really upset me was the matter of fact attitude shown by the staff.
We were beyond disappointed with your food. Everything tasted really cheap & tasteless & the meat was chewy. We used to love your food. Now it tastes worse than Panda Express but 3 times more expensive. We will NEVER order from u guy's again.
It's the Disneyland of restaurants. Exciting! Fun! Delicious! Colorful! Noisy! Friendly!
I was there on a study date on 7/11 this past Saturday. We ordered the lettuce wraps. Got them and proceeded to eat off our tiny plates. We then ordered some chicken that my friend suggested as in the past he has gotten good portions to share. It came out and there was barely enough to split between the 2 of us. I was frustrated because as i was eating my lettuce wrap and trying to finish that on my small plate, so i could put the chicken on my small plate, the busser woman came up and took the plate of chicken and dumped a dirty towel on top of it. I was pretty upset that i wasted $18 just to have 2 bites of chicken. I basically had to order another plate. And although that had a little more food, I still wasn't enough. We could have just gone to panda. I'm giving them 2 stars because the waitress did refill our drinks. Albeit the drink wasn't correct but the thought counted. 🤷
Dont leave reviews often but left one for something else today and i eat here frequently so i figured why notThis place is pretty good overall honestly! I can't think of one better for the food
45 min wait for a table in the restuarant, ended up at the bar instead. Service was very attentive with 3 people constantly working and checking in on all guests. Food was great, had green beans, friend rice, ginger chicken and honey chicken. Everything was super yummy.
Had a wonderful lunch. Atmosphere on a Sunday is popping with joy, laughter and smiles. The waitress was prompt, polite and good looking. Our table was clean and the silverware too. Ordered the spicy tuna which was out in 15. With our Mongolian beef about 10 mins after that. Topped it off with cheesecake which was the only thing that could have been better with maybe a sauce. It did come with fresh fruit though. 10/10 would eat here again.
Great service food wasamazing drinks on point very happy service
Loved it! A bit pricey but awesome food, great place for family events. Free parking, easy wheelchair access, clean restrooms.
Walnut shrimp with melon is good!
Learn what you like on the menu and you'll always come back. I really liked the street tacos is a highlight of my last visit at the Lynnwood location. They complimented the lettuce wraps and strawberry limeade well. Surf and Turf is a good mix of tender steak and juicy lobster tail.Dessert menu is full of great comfort food.Definitely attracts crowded tables so the noise can be pretty loud. Occasional lines at the door cause a wait time. Overall the crowds don't take away from the fine dining experience.
We’ve been eating at this restaurant for many years, since they opened. We’ve always loved the food. This review is about the take out. It’s annoying enough that they’ve started using gigantic plastic containers. But at the same time, they’ve shrunk the portions of their takeout. The first impression might be, oh the containers are bigger so the portions look smaller. Well that’s Bank. I ate in the restaurant on New Year’s eve and the portions are considerably larger. We’ve been willing to pay the super high prices because we think the food is really good. However, we’re not going to pay $70 for two people and receive portions that are incredibly small.
Having eaten at locations all throughout the Western US, the food is always consistent. The service at this location is good and there is usually a bit of a wait, which isn’t a bad thing. With valet parking and outdoor seating, it’s a nice place to eat, even though it is attached to the mall.
Great food. Great service. Wonderful environment.
This location in Alderwood Mall has a nice outdoor seating area!
Attentive wait staff, nice outdoor seating, food is consistently good.
Good food and attentive service. How ever the plates were pretty dam gross and not cleaned properly. They also would wipe the seats down then wipe the table with the same rag and in that sequence... I think it's kinda gross but I was taken here as a gift so it was free for me .. super gross place tho.
The food was good, but we hardly saw our waiter, trying to get the attention of waiters or waitresses to get us a glass of water took awhile.
Excellent! Came back strong after being closed for the virus. Seating is socially distanced in both inside and outdoor seating and all employees are masked. Watching them work, all tables are cleaned after customers and menus are disposable. Great place to start eating out again.
Overpriced. Overrated. Paid $2.50 for extra chicken, got no extra chicken, and if I did then yes. Way overpriced. (It was a togo order and i got a normal platter of chicken with no extra). Wish I could take the tip I left back. Go to Panda express or literally any other chinese food place. Will not recommend and even deter. Take care out there! Rated 3 stars because good food, good service. Just don't expect much more :)
I ordered soups for take out. Packaging a noodle soup should be given special to separate the broth from the noodles; add the have a way of disintegrating before they can be served. I spent good money but the soup was VERY disappointing. I've enjoyed PFC often in the past as a dine in guest. I hope they receive this soup criticism in the spirit it is given-- to provide feedback so that the food will be to their high standard; whether dining in or taking out.
Always a great and consistently pleasant experience! They've changed the menu a bit, more sushi and ramen than I remembered. Still some great favorites and I love that there's no American food on the kids' menu!
Have always liked the food at P.F. Chang. I would have rated it five stars but I took a star off because of their newer menu with limited choices. Food tasted fresh and service was good.
I haven't been here in over a year because last time we were here the food quality was not good. Too salty. This time around we tried it again. The honey chicken family size was a giant glob of fried batter, the shrimp with lobster sauce ( below) did not look that appetizing... overcooked imho it was like scrambled eggs and shrimp. At least the lettuce wrap was good. There server was good too hence the 2 stars.
I've been to several different PF Chang's and have always had a positive experience. This location I experienced over the top customer service and again great tasty food. If you're a vegetarian try the Ma Po Tofu and Lo Mein. Definitely try the lettuce wraps as a light, healthy yet tasty appetizer. Their desserts are delicious as well, try the Great Wall chocolate cake...recommend swapping out the raspberry sauce for chocolate :) Enjoy!
